North Lake mission & outreach
Our "BIG THREE" MISSIONS are all local and all owned and operated by North Lake. They succeed with the help of many donors and volunteers from the community.
CHRISTIAN FOOD PANTRY
The pantry, which opened in 1998, is a supplemental grocery program for local families in need. In 2019 it served a total of 4,578 families. Volunteers assisted recipients with 194 tons of food packaged in 12,400 bags.
LITTLE BLESSINGS CHRISTIAN PRESCHOOL
Little Blessings ministers to approximately one hundred children and their families, offering daycare and an after-school program, as well as the voluntary pre-Kindergarten program sanctioned by Florida.
Operation Homebound (OHB) serves meals to persons who are unable to leave home and unable to prepare meals for themselves. With a small staff and four hundred volunteers, OHB prepared and packaged and delivered more than 51,000 fresh, balanced meals in 2019. Ten percent of the 277 served were on scholarship.
